absolute bootcamp prides itself on offering only professional and quality personal trainers to give you effective and challenging classes every time whilst minimising the risk of injury so helping you achieve your fitness goals. Our highly experienced team have been carefully selected based on their qualifications (we are fully qualified personal trainers), personality (we don't shout) and ability to design the best up-to-date bootcamp classes in London.
Our one hour outdoor classes are motivating, varied and fun and bespoke to suit all fitness levels from beginners to advanced to give everybody great results. Our sessions are designed to target every muscle in the body, workouts are made up of a mix of high and low intensity interval sessions which include: cardio circuits, strength & toning circuits, interval running, boxing, core training, team games and more.

Kathryn Freeland is one of London's top celebrity personal trainers who has been credited with The Times 'A-List trainer', Evening Standard 'Top Trainer List', London Magazine 'Ultimate Personal Trainer' and inclusion in the World's Top A-List Trainers. She has trained celebrities such as Cate Blanchett, Samantha Morton, Matthew Wright and royalty. Kathryn makes regular appearances on television and radio, is Boots fitness expert and regularly features in: The Evening Standard, Tatler, The Daily Telegraph, Runners World, Harpers Bazaar, Zest, Red, Elle, Men's Health, Glamour and Health & Fitness magazine. She has advised global brands including Nike, Adidas, Sony and Samsung.
Tracy Davis has been working in the fitness industry for 14 years, with a BSc degree in exercise physiology she is a highly qualified trainer in many avenues of the industry from sports specific, bootcamp, core conditioning, weight management, boxing/circuit training to rehabilitation and GP referral. She was a competitive athlete taking part at national and international level for over a decade.Tracy is a dynamic, ambitious and motivated trainer and believes that any goal is achievable with discipline, determination and focus!
Sessions last 1 hour and start promptly
There will be no classes on Bank Holidays or over some holiday periods eg: Christmas and Easter, we will let you know dates in advance and any classes missed will be credited
